The fishing around the Maldives atolls is as diverse as it is prolific and Skull Fishing offers the option of choosing between offshore, inshore and reef fishing. Offshore involves runs of 20-50 miles chasing the usual pelagics – marlin, tuna, wahoo, and dorado. Inshore means cruising the shallower waters for equally big fish –snapper, barracuda, grouper and giant trevally that are caught by jigging and popping.
